This is a category I created myself, hence, no Wikipedia definition. There are many websites that allow users to upload, share, collaborate, and create projects using their personal multimedia. See mashups for applications that combine multimedia resources with other tools.

Flickr--This is probably one of the best known websites for photo uploading, storing, sharing, etc. websites. Flickr also allows you to map where your photos were taken, create notes on parts of the photo, and make projects like cards etc. with your photos.
DotTunes--A website that allows users to create a site so they can stream the music from their iTunes account to the web. They also provide a player so iTunes music can be streamed to MySpaces pages. Users can also share playlists with each other.
YouTube--One of the most popular video sites in the world, YouTube allows users to post their personal digital videos for anyone to see, link to, embed on their blog, and comment on.
RockYou--Create free slide shows with music and photos online. These shows can then be embedded on a blog, a website, or a MySpace page.
VoiceThread--This website allows users to create slide shows that include narration with text and voice. These shows can be published and shared in a variety of ways.
Online Photo Album--A free website which allows users to share their photo albums and videos
